Legfontosabb most a lehető legtökéletesebb szájhigiéne. Szájvíz használata, esetleg valamilyen aftára használatos készítmény. (Nagy valószínűséggel az lehet, bár látatlanban nyilván ezt nem tudom biztosra mondani.)
Jelen helyzetben kizárólag akut ellátás érhető el minden fogászaton. Ebbe a következők tartoznak: fájdalom csillapítóra sem múló fájdalom, baleseti sérülés, nem múló vérzés, idegen tárgy, amely eltávolításra szorul, nyelési vagy légzési nehézséget okozó állapotok.
