Héjakat nem lehet minden fogra tenni. Pl. gyökérkezelt, minden oldalról tömött fogakra ilyen esetben korona kerül. Továbbá fontos megvizsgálni a harapási formát, megnézni, milyen fogak vezetik a harapást.
