Egy hét tagú híd van a jobb felső állkapcsomon, melyet három pillér tart. A híd elkezdett mozogni. A fogorvos panoráma röntgent készített, de nem tudja biztosra mondani, hogy eltörtek, vagy csak a ragasztó engedett el, a röntgen nem “látott” át a porcelán héjon. Csak akkor tudna biztosat, ha leszedi. Az lenne a kérdésem, hogy egy komolyabb gép (CT, CBCT) láthatóvá tudná e tenni a problémát?

Amennyiben egy mozgó hídpótlást tovább használ, ha eddig nem törtek el az alatta lévő fogak, idő kérdése mikor fognak. Ennek következménye pedig fogvesztés lehet.
A CT felvétel egyébként a pótlás szélénél lévő törést, repedést nem fogja megmutatni, mert a felvételen a meglévő pótlás szórja a sugarakat, illetve a korona alá a CT sem lát be.
