Azzal a kérdéssel fordulnék önhöz, hogy ha rendszeres fogászati vizsgálatokon részt vesz a spáciens akkor a nagyon nagy betömöt fog is eltud élni egy életet, ha az rendzseresen ellenőrizve van?

A fogak megtarthatósága több tényező függvénye. A rendszeres kontrollon való megjelenés nagyon fontos és hasznos, azonban elengedhetetlen a kiváló szájhigiénia, a rendszeres fog- és szájápolás. Egyéb tényezők is befolyásolhatják egy fog élettartamát, pl hogy éri-e trauma (ütés, meggymagra harapás, rendszeres csikorgatás) a fogat. Így azt gondolom, főleg látatlanban nem lehet egy életen át való tartósságot ígérni, de a rendszeres kontrollon való megjelenésre mindenképp bíztatom!
